CONSER has a leading position in design of MDDW units due to a strict cooperation with MOBIL RESEARCH starting from the first commercial application of the technology.
MDDW projects carried out by CONSER typically include the following:

PROCESS DESCRIPTION
Fresh feedstock is mixed with treat gas and heated to reaction temperature by heat recovery and in a fired heater. The effluent from the MDDW reactor is cooled to the temperature required for the operation of a HDS reactor.
The HDS reactor effluent is partially condensed: the gas phase is separated, purified by an amine washing and recycled to the reaction section. The liquid phase is preheated and fed to a stripping column where an unstabilized naphtha stream is separated from a dewaxed desulphurized gasoil product.
